todae, went to BITC ( Baking Indusrty Training Centre). sumtin lyk dat.

we had baking course there.

we did puff pastry.

it was quite easy but there's damn lot of steps to follow.

gahh. the instructor was cheerful. n we did many eye contact. STRANGE! but funneh.
